Intech Power-CoreTM gears are machined from stable non-hygroscopic composite material cast around metal core and offer solutions where lubrication, noise, shock, vibration, moisture or chemicals present problems for nylon, Delrin and metal gears. Spur, helical, bevel, and worm gears are available from OD 3/4 inches and up, also with SS or AL cores. Our engineers will size gears for you and calculate expected life. Gear drives are analyzed with proprietary software focusing on lubrication, noise and inertia reduction.
