Planetary Gear Box
Problem:
Design a planetary gear box, in which shaft of the sun gear is electrically insulated from the planetary shafts. Suspend gear box horizontally on sun gear shaft for easy access to hollow planetary gear shafts.
Solution:
INTECH Power-Core gears function as electrical insulator, integral SS shaft insulated from SS plate by ceramic bearings. Cover plate made of INTECH Power-Core, SS bearings.
