DESIGN WITH PRO-ENGINEER
Intech engineers use Pro/Engineer (by Parametric Technology Corporation, www.ptc.com) to design problem solutions, and to communicate with customers and manufacturers alike. Drawings are easily e-mailed to our customers for review. Note: If you do not have Pro/E or compatible programs available, please click on File Exchange to find out how you can download a viewer program.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES
For the most part, gear and roller design is provided free of charge, e.g. when it involves individual Power-Core gears.
Many leading companies ask us for assistance when designing complex drives or drives with critical specifications, such as inertia, high speed, non-conductive drives, etc. These companies engage Intech to design entire drives, to offset the lack or enhance in-house expertise in gear design. Frequent file exchanges and design reviews lead to successful drive design, often resulting in design simplification, and ultimately cost savings.

DURABILITY CALCULATION
Intech's engineers identified Power-Core material as superior gear material. Over a ten-year test period in cooperation with a leading university experimental data was collected which forms the basis for Intech's Power-Core Gear Calculation.
The same applies for roller and cam follower design.
