For the most part, gear design and roller design is provided free of charge, e.g. when it involves individual PowerCore gears.
Many leading companies ask us for assistance when designing complex drives or drives with critical specifications, such as inertia, high speed, non-conductive drives, etc. These companies engage Intech to design entire drives, to offset the lack or enhance in-house expertise in gear design. Intech's engineers identified PowerCore material as superior gear material. Over a ten-year test period in cooperation with a leading university experimental data was collected which forms the basis for Intech's PowerCore Gear Calculation.
